Happy with my experience! I purchased a used 2011 Kia Soul in manual. Manual seemed very hard to come by and I was fortunate that 401 Dixie Kia had one. Amit was friendly and r I purchased a used 2011 Kia Soul in manual. Manual seemed very hard to come by and I was fortunate that 401 Dixie Kia had one. Amit was friendly and respectful during the entire purchase. I never felt pressured during the process. There were a couple of bumps in the road that Amit sorted out for me. Also, the Unhaggle quote on a new Soul from 401 Dixie was more than other Kia dealerships, but since I went used it didn't matter. Overall, I had a very good experience with this car purchase thanks to Amit. My kids were sold on him the moment he offered them hot chocolate! More

Amit took the situation in hand, setting me at ease and showing me a number of potential solutions. In addition, Business Manager Rob McFarlane pointed out the fact that, when I purchased the Kia Soul, I had also purchased a product called GAP, (Guaranteed Asset Protection) which I had forgotten about! It covered the difference between what my Insurance Company were prepared to give me and what the Finance Company expected me to give them.
