The person who took the service is a disgrace to the service Cente association with 401 Dixie Hyndai. I will never come to this service centre again. Above all they make customers treat as family of Hyndai. This service representative is so bad. He does think Hyundai, sales and service. He says, I quote” sales say anything to sell cars. My experience today is more than bad. The staff was rude. I came only to change the car oil and they took a time of three hours. It is a very long time before that. The location is nice and the place is clean. I did not have problem registering my vehicle. But customer service wise is not good.
