After purchasing a new vehicle, person that released the vehicle to me was under impression that I didn’t have the Ontario package when I asked where the matts/mud flaps were. Then when I showed bill of sal vehicle to me was under impression that I didn’t have the Ontario package when I asked where the matts/mud flaps were. Then when I showed bill of sale he said they are back ordered(which is understandable).there was a scratch on the window which they said they will fill or buff. When I dropped off keys to my old car I asked where the electric rust proof is and they went to get a service rep who looked under car and said it’s there. When I got home I didn’t see anything under my car. My friend who bought same car at different dealership showed me their rust proof under the hood. When I went to get my window filled/buffed I mentioned I don’t believe the rust proof was added since I didn’t see it and if they missed that I got Ontario package they probably missed the rust proof. They mentioned the scratch needs to be buffed and will be done when my Ontario package comes in which is fine , and that they installed the rust proof (they confirmed it wasn’t done initially). They said this dealership doesnt it under the car and not under the hood and so I still can’t see it when I looked under the car and so don’t fully believe it was done. The rust proof is $1400 and I feel I’ve been scammed. To the workers it may not seem like much but when my invoice is $1400 more for rust proof and have been lied to about it, it gives a bad impression about the honesty of people working there. More

Great service. Recall issues and a replacement of camshaft position sensor were addressed.
