I had to go to your dealership because my car which was demolished on the 40 one was told there. The service people went out of their way to call my insurance company. Afterwards when I return to get my gear out of the car they went out and did everything to get the assistance I needed to change to the rental car. Had my fourth oil change on my 2024 venue this past weekend. As has been in the past, the employees are very professional and friendly. My service advisor, Yekin Ahmed did a wonderful job of explaining weekend. As has been in the past, the employees are very professional and friendly. My service advisor, Yekin Ahmed did a wonderful job of explaining everything that was going to be happening with my car during that visit. I was due for a little bit of extra work as my car has passed the one year mark, but unfortunately, I am just getting back to work after a two month layoff so money was tight. I informed Yekin that I would do the extra work on my car on the next visit. He did not make me feel bad or pressure me into getting it done right away, which I greatly appreciated. I want to commend the service team for being prompt, and keeping me up-to-date as to how my service is progressing. This Dealership values their customers and go out of their way to show it. I attended this dealership to service my vehicle on October 3, 2025 at least the vehicle from this dealership I was having power losses and my navigation system will not accept word commands when I ent October 3, 2025 at least the vehicle from this dealership I was having power losses and my navigation system will not accept word commands when I entered the dealership. They indicated to me that it would take 3 to 4 hours to diagnose the problem when I asked for a courtesy vehicle they indicated that they didn’t give courtesy vehicles, but that I would have to leave the vehicle for at least four days for the work to be done. Needless to say, I left with my vehicle and did not allow them to do any service to the vehicle. I contacted the dealership and asked for the service manager. The receptionist advised that the service manager does not answer his telephone calls, but that I should write an email about my experience. This vehicle is less than six months old and is already having these issues. More
