Horrible communication. They said it would be in later that day so I could drop the car off. I did so and the next day, the tires were still not at the dealership so they asked me to pick it up my car. When I arrived, there was a half full coffee cup in my vehicle. They said they would keep the work order open and call to update me. That did not happen. One week later, no communication. I give them 2 stars for Marlon and Colette who tried their best to help when I called. If not, I would give zero. No compensation of any kind was offered for my wasted time. More

I walk in with a time and a place, but the representative that was suppose to help me took 20-30min to get me. It shouldnt be my issue that you planned two appointments back to back, so why did I get punished for it? The car I obtained had an accident, but weather it's the fault of the dealership or not i wasnt given the police report or the report of the garage. I wanted exact details of parts that were swapped, and the persice location of the accident. But neither were given. The dealer I had did what he could with the resources given. Taking photos when asked, relaying information that was needed. The vehicle was sitting for months, despite seeming like an alright deal. So that had me suspicious of why nobody else was trying to jump at the offer like I was. The paper work given to me had the incorrect information was I was trying to make the purchase. I spent a week or two dealing with my awful bank and this dealership trying to figure out information from a form that was made in 2021. I went in to finalize the purchase but the sales manager had an oversite when I was talking with my bank teller on the phone. He fully acknowledged the incorrect information when we went over it numerous times. The paper did not list the correct address that linked to the sales information. I tell everyone im inexpereicned and I would need the extra help with the matter. Yet time and time again im noticing small issue and having to personally resolve them. I'm getting bounced back and forth between my bank and the dealership not knowing if their making mistakes or if it's me. Turns out, it was just the dealership giving me the dealer the wrong paper with inaccurate information. The transit number on the new form was listed as the Canadian clearing code on the old form. The new sheet had no company name, so I had to use both sheets with the dealerships info to cobble together something accurate. So the new wire transfer has the new transit code and and new account number, which was a combination of the old account number and transit code. The whole situation was a disaster and not worth my time sorting out. The total initial price was nearly 33k for this, and I wouldnt even have considered the deal if i new going into this mess i'd have to deal with such grand mistakes. Then when haggling, im forced to take the protection plan as their end of the offer, there were several points of contention for lowering the price that were valid. Yet their best offer to save money was to buy their protection plan at a discounted rate. I didn't want anything extra, i'd remove the sunroof if I could. But it's all they would lower it by. Then I get the car, it's not even factory reset, some guy named Philbert owned the car or had an account set up. I had to message the dealership again to sort it out. Why arent these small details sorted out already? They are still spamming my email and text with junk that i specifically asked them not to sent. My personal information is being used for advertisement? that's not right. I asked them to remove my email, and im STILL getting emails from this dealership. They are pariahs. Plus insurance is still around $3500/year, so it not even the real price i was looking at in total. Awful More

They provided incorrect diagnostics for my vehicle issue and blamed it on external rust proofing vendor. After following up continuously for 10 days, they said the warranty claim was denied, and after contacting Hyundai Canada, I was informed that a claim was never submitted. When I confronted 401 Dixie Hyundai about their lies, they then submitted the incorrect diagnostics report which led to claim being denied. Hyundai Canada advised to discuss with 401 Dixie Hyundai but 401 Dixie Hyundai has been continuously ghosting me. No response to SMS or calls, and when I personally walked into the dealership, suddenly the manager is unavailable for next couple of hours. My experience with 401 Dixie Hyundai has been extremely unpleasant, and unpleasant is an understatement. More
