They provided incorrect diagnostics for my vehicle issue and blamed it on external rust proofing vendor. After following up continuously for 10 days, they said the warranty claim was denied, and after contacting Hyundai Canada, I was informed that a claim was never submitted. When I confronted 401 Dixie Hyundai about their lies, they then submitted the incorrect diagnostics report which led to claim being denied. Hyundai Canada advised to discuss with 401 Dixie Hyundai but 401 Dixie Hyundai has been continuously ghosting me. No response to SMS or calls, and when I personally walked into the dealership, suddenly the manager is unavailable for next couple of hours. My experience with 401 Dixie Hyundai has been extremely unpleasant, and unpleasant is an understatement. More
The thing is I came to fix AC motor which in the bottom of the car at passenger seat. But the service provider was very helpful but the technician was not willing to fix it. I recently visited 401 Dixie Hyundai Service Center because my car’s Check Engine light came on. After their inspection, they informed me that there was a misfire in the engine and a part needed to be because my car’s Check Engine light came on. After their inspection, they informed me that there was a misfire in the engine and a part needed to be replaced. Since my warranty is still active, I was told the repair would be covered and that the part would arrive within 2–3 business days. However, it’s now been almost two weeks, and I’ve been told they’re still waiting for approval from Hyundai Canada. When I asked if they could expedite the process, they told me I would need to call Hyundai Canada myself - which doesn’t make sense. 401 Dixie Hyundai and Hyundai Canada are part of the same brand, and customers shouldn’t be the ones managing internal communications between them. This entire experience feels highly unprofessional and frustrating. I’ve been avoiding driving my car for two weeks because I don’t want to risk further damage, even though they said it’s safe to drive. I expected much better communication and service from both 401 Dixie Hyundai and Hyundai Canada. More
