I recently visited this dealership for service, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Instead of explaining the situation calmly and clearly, the advisor panicked me by mentioning a $200 diagnostic fee, which would only be covered if it was a “known issue.” This unclear explanation left me hesitant and feeling pressured, so I decided to skip the diagnosis. Regrettably, this turned out to be a poor decision. Just hours after the service, in the middle of the night at a gas station, I was stranded because the fuel door wouldn’t open. After some research online, I discovered that this is a known issue with Hyundai Tucson vehicles. Shockingly, the dealership’s service team seemed unaware of this widely documented problem. This experience was extremely frustrating and could have been avoided with proper communication and knowledge from the service team. I expect a professional dealership to be informed about common issues in the vehicles they service and to provide clear guidance to their customers. This lack of clarity and awareness caused me unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I hope the dealership works on improving their communication and ensuring their staff is knowledgeable about common vehicle problems. I would not recommend this location unless significant improvements are made. More
