I had an appointment at 745am was there till after 10:15am. When I booked this appointment I had told them I was coming in from xx Catharines. I was late and had to pay for the 407 so I would not be extremely late. I was also to meet up with a sales representative who called me a week before to discuss options about my car. The lady told me that we can talk about it when I arrived there. I asked the front desk to let her know that I was here and she forgot to tell her so never got to speak o her.
