NOT HAPPY I usually do my service for my vehicle in this dealership since it's t he closest one for me at work. When they do my oilchange, I find everything mes I usually do my service for my vehicle in this dealership since it's t he closest one for me at work. When they do my oilchange, I find everything messy on my car. dirty floor mats, steering wheel with marks of oil..I don't mind these things since I can easily clean it up. I got my 1st bad experience when they had my vehicle recalled about the door latch, I did not notice it until I someone opened the passenger front door and close it and we can literally hear something from inside the door panel like something is loosed. So, I took it back to them and they fixed it. And just recently, I need to take my vehicle back to them since my front grill paint is peeling off. It is still under warranty so the changed it without any charges. But before I took the car out from their service parking lot, I noticed dents on the frame ( it was obvious it happened when they tried to change the grills). I shoed it to the service managers and said just bring it back and they will fix it..I said, ok...But with all these things that happened, given that they have fixed whatever they have done...it does not make me happy and satisfied. I did not shoe any emotions to them about these things that happened and I was hoping that at least that they will give me something as a sign of...( whatever you may call it), but I got nothing. Even a free oil change coupon or a free detailing. anyways...I don't know if I will ever go to this people anymore. My suggestion to this Hyundai dealership...IMPROVE YOUR QUALITY OF SERVICE! IMPROVE THE WAY YOU TREAT PEOPLE! Maybe you were picky to people whom you want to be of good service only. More
