I had never purchased from this dealer ship before. But I had some service on my previous car which was a 2006 Elantra. All the people that I dealt with at the dealership were so nice to me. They cared about me and made me feel happy for choosing their dealership over any others. From the minute I walked in ,to how I was greeted, to saying Goodbye. I really felt no pressure to buy the car. I know the dealers like to upsell things like extended warranty and extra features. But I expected that so I was not really surprised.
