He then introduced me to Jordon the sales manager on duty that day. Jordon is the best sales manager I have dealt with in the past 38 years of driving and 5 new car purchases. I cant say enough about his professional approach to meeting all my needs and going the extra mile to close the deal. Not only did they sell me a car the promised to maintain, they also assisted me with and questions I had at any given time. They set up maintenance dates and all. I'm glade the relationship did not die from when I drove off. They never gave up on me. The stood by for weeks to meet what I was looking for. I recommend this place to people that are buying their first car or financing. More

First and Last Expereince 1. Called 6 times over 3 days and wasn't able to speak with the service department. I left my name and number as well as an explanation of what my i 1. I then emailed the Manager, whom we dealt with during the purchase; again no response. 3. 5 days later I finally receive a phone call from Service to bring in the vehicle, no apologies. 4. Arrived at the service department with the blown out tire and was told that it was due to road hazard and would not be warrantied. The puncture was on the side wall of the inside of the tire and we were told "if you don't like my answer, you can go somewhere else". Perhaps this is the service motto for 401 Dixie Hyundai. 5. We did just that, and "somewhere else" told us it would be warrantied and replaced the tire same day without issue. Needless to say we will not be back to this dealership for service. Both Service and Sales non-responsive attitude is deplorable. More
