I was promised my car in 5 days, it took over a week (with no status update). I was told I would get a cheque for my old vehicle, when I came to pickup my new car they made some excuse and said they had mail it to me. My snow tires which were supposed to be on the car when I picked up, they gave me an excuse they ordered it late because they needed the vin (which they gave to me after we came to an agreement, next day), then they said the tires were back ordered. It seemed like whatever Darryl said was the exact opposite. More

It was a ADVENTURE Initially I was going to buy KIA and the Deal was almost final. I just came to the Hyundai Showroom to checkout the new 2016 Elentra GT with Tech Pac Initially I was going to buy KIA and the Deal was almost final. I just came to the Hyundai Showroom to checkout the new 2016 Elentra GT with Tech Package and could believe that i feel in love with the car. I was warmly welcomed by Neil my sales person. Neil with the help of his manager Jordan worked really hard to meet my budget for this car. Unfortunately the colour I liked was not available in Ontario so they had to get my car shipped from Korea. It was a 3-4 weeks. I was introduce to Mr. Greg who was on top of the shipping department and got the car in showroom in 2 weeks. I really Thank the entire team who replied to all my calls during the wait period and answer all sorts stupid questions i had in mind. At the time of delivery we were given a opportunity to pick nice Christmas gift from the gift hamper they had it for the new customer.
