I visited this dealership 4-5 times and few times at 6.00 pm,on Fridays when dealership closes. But the staffs (Erick /Daryl) were very cordial and helpful and showed me vehicles I was interested in. At first I went to see Hyundai Tucson for first 3 visits. Test drove that vehicle and the staff even recommended the best financial option to go for. They also showed me Demo tuscon,with reduced price (more than their internet site). But for some reason, I decided to buy elantra GT.In next 2 visits, they showed me the vehicle. They even promised to get a new vehicle of my specification with less than 100 kms, and if it’s more then further discounts. I would highly recommend this dealership for their customer centered and fair practice. Ask for Erick/Daryl for your new car purchase. Good luck. More

We were planning on going to two Hyundai dealerships, but my dad convinced me to opt for 401-Dixie first, as he had great experiences with them in the past. It was imperative for my fiancé and I to get a car from a sales consultant who is knowledgeable, helpful, efficient, and courteous. We have had many unpleasant experiences at other dealerships. We got more than what we were hoping for when we were greeted by Neil Sunga at 401-Dixie. He surpassed our expectations from the moment he started working with us. My fiancé was impressed with the patience and respect that Neil provides his clients. Unlike other sales consultants, Neil did not put any pressure on us to get the car from him, nor did he push any biased opinions on us. However, he made it loud and clear that he is someone that is eager to provide his clients with the best service.
