Purchase of another Hyundai I have owned a Hyundai Sonata for 10 years. Never had it in the shop other tan for regular maintenance, oil changes, tires, 1 battery, 1 alternator. Needless to say..I wanted another Hyundai...this time a Tuscon. Wen into 401 Dixie...met with Violet Johnson and her manager Greg...real genuine people. Did the deal in no time...picked up the car a couple of days. Just a pleasure all around. I will go back and so will my family...without question. More

Every service ends up costing us close to, if not over, $1,000.00 - we love the car, but now that we are retired we would have to think long and hard before we ever bought another Hyundai. We have always owned Toyotas and bought the Hyundai because we wanted a 'standard shift' small SUV and Toyota didn't offer what we wanted. In the first 5 years that we owned the Tucson, we spent more on maintenance than we had in 15 years as Toyota owners. People at the dealership are nice enough, but have indicated that the maintenance costs are fairly normal - we have spent over $15,000 on regular maintenance since we bought the car in September of 2009. More

What impressed me the most was the dedication, patience and relaxed vibe that I experienced shopping here. Even though I was only buying a pre-owned vehicle, I was able to tie up Maria for almost 6 hours while she patiently and professionally answered my endless questions, indulged me in two test drives and even danced to the beats that I pumped to test the premium sound system. The result was that I bought with confidence and trust, and have no regrets about my decision to purchase the first car that I test drove on my search. Although Maria was the shining star of my experience, I also had great service from Greg and Ben when finalizing the deal.
