I visited the website for Mercedes London then went to the dealership, where I spoke with Tony Yang. No confusion, no BS. Simple, straight-forward answers to my questions with no "sugar coating". When I asked a question about a tiny detail on the car, he went out of his way and found the answer. Now, three weeks later, I am thrilled with the car. I was always made to feel as though the sales associate/dealership was doing me a favour instead of the other way around . I am extremely pleased to say that my recent experience with Tony Yang and the staff at Mercedes-Benz London was exceptionally positive. Tony was very knowledgable about the product line. He helped me to select the perfect GLA 250 and went above and beyond to locate it for me. Tony remain in constant contact by phone and email until my vehicle arrived. He took the time to review all of the features and ensure that I was 100% satisfied with my purchase. He was also very helpful in working out the logistics of "passing through" our previous vehicle, that we could realize some tax savings . I would not hesitate to recommend Tony and Mercedes Benz London to family and friends. More
