Very good experience at MB we met Mike at a social engagement and he was telling us about the MB vehicles. As a result we arrived at the dealership and saw the GLK 250. We too we met Mike at a social engagement and he was telling us about the MB vehicles. As a result we arrived at the dealership and saw the GLK 250. We took the veihicle for a test drive without a salesperson along which makes the experience relaxing. This allowed us to test drive the vehicle without interference. We decided to purschase the vehicle and Mike made the process very easy. On the day of pickup we met with Tony and he showed me the vehicle in more detail. We had dealt with Tony in the pass and had a positive experience. Tony is well verse in the GLK 250. He knew this vehicle inside and out. He set up our cell phones as this was new to us. He understood that giving us too much at once was not productive so after the basics we were on our way. Tony wanted us to be happy and encouraged us to call any time with questions and he would help out. Tony is a very good ambassador for MB. More
