Aside from the dealer "forgetting" to pay off my trade for 2 months my experience This was my first time purchasing a new Mercedes From MB London. Aside from the dealer "forgetting" to pay off my trade for 2 months my experience with the sales staff has been top notch!. Tony Yang crossed the T's and dotted the I's both before and after the sale and has been very helpful!. (I made my trade payoff to the dealer and MB London in return was suppose to payoff MB Financial, this did not work!! - don't recommend to do this, you'll end up hours on the phone tracing money and having a lien on a car you no longer own if they "forget" the payout...) Our vehicle requirements have changed since our last lease and Tony was able to get us out early of two leases (one from a competing brand) in order to lease two new vehicles from him. This was a more complicated transaction then simply getting a new lease. He was able to get us the vehicles we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Despite the various components he managed the transaction quickly with ease and as always friendly. A great professional and very personable. I highly recommend Tony for your purchase. More
