I mean, what if something went wrong and I was stuck on the road? But then I met Brad Malcolm, the Sales Manager, and he totally rocked it! Seriously, this guy is like the superhero of car sales. He's super quick to reply to texts or calls, and he delivers on every single promise he makes, and then some. And here's the best part – even after I drove off the lot, Brad and his team kept checking in to make sure I was happy. They really go above and beyond at GP VW, and you can tell it's not just about making a sale for them. I'm so glad I took the chance and made the trip. If you're in the market for a car, I can't recommend Brad and GP VW enough. They've definitely got my business from now on. Thanks, Brad and GP VW, for restoring my faith in car dealerships.
