I did have a 1969 Toyota Corona. I have driven many fine cars in the past including Volvo, BMW, Jaguar, Rover, Porsche and 6 Mercedes. We also had 2 Lexus RX 350's one of which was traded in for the Highlander. I found the dealership to be very honest and professional. The sales rep, Sylvia Donovan, was particularly pivotal in my choice of buying the Highlander. She was very friendly and honest. Moreover she was knowledgeable, resourceful and punctual. My overall impression of the purchase was very positive and I would highly recommend it to every serious buyer. As we were away a lot, we had only put on just a little over 1,000 km on the car so I couldn't say much about the long term driving impression. However, so far, it has been a great SUV in terms of driving comfort, road holding and dependability. More

It' sales dept has an experience and professional sales team who delivers a high level of customer service and Sylvia Donovan is prime example of that, on the other hand its service dept lack the vision and the attention of building and maintaining its customers relationship and treat its customers as an opportunity to milk them regardless if they are loyal customers or not. I had two bad experiences at its service department and the last one just happened last week and I made the desicion to stop servicing my car there and even not to trade my Corola and buy a brand new RAV4 from this dealership as it fails to followed back with me after discussing my issues with 3 individual employees at this dealership. More
