My wife and I were very pleased with the call from Sylvia Donovan to come in and review our lease on the 2012 RAV4 and opportunities to lease a new 2016 vehicle. Sylvia was very knowledgeable in all areas of leasing (and purchasing) a new vehicle and answered all our questions promptly and effectively. My wife and I felt very comfortable working with Sylvia in leasing our new RAV4. Sylvia was very professional, thorough, and had a great personality. We also spoke to Financial Manager (Nicole Levasseur) who was also very helpful and knowledgeable in assisting with the completion of the lease. Also want to mention the receptionist (Jackie Cameron). You certainly have the best person at this position who will be meeting customers for the first time. We looked at vehicles and spoke with Sylvia on a Saturday and picked up our new RAV4 on Tuesday in time for our trip to Florida (the vehicle ran perfectly all the way to Florida).
