I got in touch with Stephanie who handles the internet sales and expressed my interest in viewing the car. Since the car photos were not yet put up on the site, Stephanie went the extra mile and made sure some photos were clicked and sent to me so i can view the car before coming all the way from Toronto to London. the day before meeting with her initially she had reserved the car and also gave me the first right of refusal which was worth the drive. The conversations were very transparent and all details were discussed in length till we were satisfied. On the day of delivery, Stephanie made sure that the car was inside the showroom and not outside and also made sure that we took our time in satisfying everything before leaving although we reached pretty late. She made sure all the work we had told her we would like to have done before taking delivery was completed well beyond our satisfaction. I really appreciate Stephanie dedication towards us and also the way the whole matter was handled. More

Just for good measure once I purchased the vehicle that sales manager made it a point to thank me for the business. So bottom line, if your looking for a new or used vehicle I recommend this dealership; you will have a hard time finding better people to deal with. More
