This was the first time I even considered purchasing a Lexus. Rick was wonderful from the first moment I met him and he took the time to answer all of my many questions over several weeks. I was deciding between two different dealerships and Rick never tried to steer me one way or the other, which I really appreciated . What he did do was make himself available every time I just popped in to look at the vehicles. When I did decide on what I wanted, he went above and beyond in helping me pick the colour by lining them all up together so that I could make my decision. I have purchased several vehicles in my 65 years but no dealership that I had gone to before made sure once I purchased the vehicle that I understood all the many functions and how they worked. I was also made aware that if I had any other questions, they are only a phone call away. The service department and the young man that went over the vehicle and taught me its features just made the whole experience wonderful. I look forward to our continued dealings. I am just loving my Lexus UX 300 H, It’s exactly what I was looking for and it is incredibly comfortable and fun to drive. More

The service and attention given by this Dealership is exceptional. The General Manager Chris Pinelli, came out at least twice to see if I am being looked after and to mention that he is still looking in exceptional. First time buyer at Lexus. Sales/service is 5* . Because of this we ordered a Toyota Ram4 for my wife which we are waiting for deliver in late July.
