This time, it bit me! $13k damage from a front end collision! I had no idea till months later, steering issues, dangerous to drive, and I'm super upset! I will never “Return to Zender” again. Who would want their kid driving a dangerous vehicle? I was quintessentially called a liar by Shane Zender when he claimed I was told about the accident at time of purchase, which I was not. Truck is dangerous to drive. The salesman will not tell you about damage to the vehicle till long after you've signed the paperwork. READ THE CARFAX PLEASE. When I spoke to Rick the manager of the mechanic departments he claim there is nothing in the system and he had never even heard of the problem which was a lie as well. The service advance track warning system light comes on repeatedly and all they do is reset the computer every time I bring it in without trying to fix anything in reality. The truck steers weird and pulls to the left randomly which is extremely dangerous on the highway. Probably been in six times over the matter and absolutely the last place I will ever go to buy or service a vehicle again and I go through a lot of vehicles. On average I buy a vehicle every 3 years. Shane Zender told me to "do whatever I have to do" so I think I'm even gonna put an ad in the paper locally and other areas to try and warn other people from going through what I am.
