Well, needless to say i bought a used one from him. the finance dept did a good job as well He provided good customer service and was not pushy . More

He was not your typical salesman where you feel all sorts of pressure to buy that vehicle and if you don't their family is going to suffer. The funny thing was we came into dealership to purchase a car for our 16 yr old son and ended up getting a new truck for us. Our experience with Christian was top notch from time he introduced himself, he ensured that everything went well during the whole process and even contacted us to see how our drive home after we picked up our truck went even though he was done work for the evening. My husband was away at work and Christian sent him daily photos of the progress that was being made each day. My husband is pretty particular when it comes to what his truck can do for him since he uses it to make him money and this new truck fits the bill for him. It offers a quiet gentle ride but you can't help but feel the solidness that this truck offers from the variety of options down to the necessary equipment it comes with you know you are truly getting a product built Ford tough. The fact that we were able to customize things like the warranty and maintenance plans to fit our driving needs is second to none as far and for the next 5 years we don't have to spend another dime on our rides and that is a wonderful feeling. We already owed one ford which we love and are now proud owners of 2 of them!!! Thanks for everything Christian and Sandra and if you need a new ride choose ford as your new ride and choose Christian as your salesman and you won't be disappointed I guarantee it!!
