My experience with Zender Ford has been wholly positive, and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I bought a 10 year old Ford Fiesta in February 2025. In May, I discovered that the air conditioning wa and I would not hesitate to recommend them. I bought a 10 year old Ford Fiesta in February 2025. In May, I discovered that the air conditioning was not working. They quoted over $800 for the repair, but when I explained that I had just purchased the vehicle and had driven it less than 200 km, their service rep asked me to hold while she spoke with the manager and the salesperson. She came back to tell me they would repair the car for free, which they did. I would also like to commend Derek Ford who handled the sale. He was not only professional and courteous, but he found a buyer for my old car who did not mind it had an engine problem several trips to my trusted mechanic had not fixed. I had explained to Derek that I could not sell it in good conscience, and why, and he said, "I know a guy who will buy it from you as is." All the employees I spoke with at Zender say it's different from every other place they've worked, and all of them stress what a great, upstanding, honest company it is. They assured me Zender Ford stands behind what they sell. I was very skeptical, but it turned out to be true. More
