He kept me informed of when my vehicle was arriving always pleasant to talk to and fun. I liked when he broke down payment options. I was impressed in the fact that he knew so much understanding with vehicles. When my vehicle arrived, he showed the ins and outs of my vehicle and what was available. After my purchase. He kindly explained all the functions on my vehicle showed me everything that was available to it. Communication was astonishing so I give high or five marks to Mr. Ludwig at Zander Ford. Where I purchased my vehicle was Spruce Grove Zander Ford. The finance team, I would have to say they on the ball making sure paperwork was set up on the dates and times I requested. I did also feel like the Alberta package and there was another package was a little too expensive for some plastic to cover the front end of my Truck. When I sourced out other places, it was a lot cheaper to do exactly what they encourage me to do. Other than that service was good. I will have to continue to drive my Ford Maverick to get the best rating out of the car. Hopefully I would be able to rate the car performance at a later date. More
