They also go above and beyond - for example I think it was Karen who found out that I wanted new floor mats but didn't want to pay for a full replacement set. She went on a hunt and found some that were already at the dealership. I was able to get the set for a better price. The only trouble I have is with the phone system. You have to know the number for the person you want to talk to, and if they aren't there you have to leave a message. I would prefer to have an option to connect with another customer service person rather than have to wait for a call back. Just a suggestion. More
