Sue Vincent really was helpful in finding the right model for my purposes. ., Kylie had all the paperwork waiting for me (ably assisted by lindsay) very soon after my trade in was assessed--brought in the trade in, went to lunch, and everything was ready to sign upon my return. . . Even Romeo came out to congratukate me on the purchase. I know I am in good hands with Lexus of London The settings and Navigation were clearly explained by a personable and knowledgeable young delivery specialist ( i think that is the title and that her name is Lauren). I was able to do easily manage my own further customizing at home, consulting the book only once (to lower the heads up on the windshield just a notch) More

Staff were busy but we were welcomed and ensured someone would be with us soon. We were introduced to Rick. Rick was very helpful and courteous, he understood we were just beginning to look and were thinking used. Rick took the time to answer all our questions in a friendly, professional manner and recommended a vehicle based upon our conversation. Rick is an excellent communicator with a no pressure sales approach and we ended up purchasing a new vehicle for my wife on that day. Our overall experience at Lexus of London was exceptional, staff are very attentive from initial greeting to taking delivery of the vehicle. We highly recommend Rick and Lexus of London. Already considering our next Lexus purchase and will be dealing with Rick again. More

Great experience with executive package I recently purchased the executive package to give my NX a freshening up. When I got it back it looked amazing. It looked as it did when I bought it. I recently purchased the executive package to give my NX a freshening up. When I got it back it looked amazing. It looked as it did when I bought it. They got the salt stains out of the carpet and clean the interior beautifully. Will definitely be taking it back there again More
