Excellent Dealer in all aspect! I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortabl I had not planned on purchasing a new Lexus yet but when having my old Lexus in for service made a passing comment to Sue Vincent about how comfortable my loaner vehicle had been. Sue told me she thought we could get a great deal on a new 2018 NX300h and I told her I would think about it. After exchanging a couple of e-mails she arranged a test drive for me and then worked with Allan Calvert to give me a great deal on the new car and the details were finalized. This is the fourth Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of London and each time they have been easy to deal with and provided excellent service. I have also had all my vehicles serviced at Lexus of London and found their service comprehensive, high quality, knowledgeable and caring to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. I will continue to go to Lexus of London for all my automotive needs and refer all my friends to them. Excellent dealership in all aspects. More

Extremely reliable product and service Car is 5 years old. I only ever go in for regular service. Prices same or lower than Chrysler and GM but service is better. They provide a loaner, I got a new ES350 this time, they cleaned my RX inside and out. Explained all charges up front and again after. Romeo, Henry, Karen are very friendly and courteous. I’ve owned cars for 46 years. Initial Lexus cost was a little higher than my GM and Chrysler but over the life of the Lexus ES and RX products they are far cheaper to own. Looking to buy? Call Rick, I’ve bought several from him. More
