In 2015, a spur of the moment visit turned into the best sales experience ever. Came to take a look at a CT200h late on a Saturday afternoon, and the service I received, despite showing up close to closing sales experience ever. Rick is one of the best sales people I have ever met. There was no pressure placed on me to make a purchase, he was very professional and courteous, and has a great sense of humour. From initial contact and arranging the test drive, to handing me the keys and walking me through the initial car set up, Rick did an amazing job. Kyle and Rick both worked hard to ensure that the service I received was top notch, and it showed. My experience with both Kyle and Rick was helpful and informative, as well as entertaining. Thank you to both of you for getting me into the CT200h! I am thrilled with the car, and had the best car purchasing experience ever! Fast forward 4 years, I'm back and Rick not only got me a great deal on the trade-in of my previous Lexus, but also got me a great deal on a lease of a new 2019 Lexus IS. Whenever I am in for service, if Rick is around and sees me waiting, he always comes by to say hi. Even in dealing with Rick to get the appropriate lease buyout information for the new dealership, he has been courteous, professional, and prompt throughout the process. The lease on our second vehicle is up in about 2 years, and we will most definitely be giving Rick another visit at that time! Keep up the fantastic work Rick (and Lexus of London).
