Extremely friendly and knowledgeable in all departments and cares very much about their clients experience. The overall commitment from the staff exceeded my expectations. Shannon in Service was fabulous, understanding, helpful and kind. Many staff were involved in our situation either on the phone or in person….. Kim, Peter, Dale. Unbelievable, Romeo (Service Manager) stopped in his tracks and took me aside for at least 15 minutes (impromptu) to show and explain a few important issues to assist me in understanding the hybrid emergency features. I’ve owned dozens of cars, trust me this has never happened anywhere ever. Thanks Romeo!! What I found, when I dealt individually with each one of Lexus of London staff member, in that period of time. I was what mattered right then and there. The Technician (sorry, I don’t know his/her name) had me back on the road very quickly. Thank you so much to all of you for your actual kindness and caring. From the roadside assistance operator. The two ladies that assisted getting my wife’s car going from Newby’s Towing Inc. All were excellent and caring as well. As I was waiting, my main contact salesperson Rick Watson was kind enough to put together a few quotes on a new 2025 Rx500h…. I like the New Line Special Edition…. Rick, I request a sharper pencil or a great eraser!! As Momma isn’t happy with those numbers. lol. More

We have been dealing with Lexus since 2004, have fully serviced all 7 vehicles we've purchased new from them, service took a little dip in 2016 in service, but improved after moving 1 out of service, came serviced all 7 vehicles we've purchased new from them, service took a little dip in 2016 in service, but improved after moving 1 out of service, came back great till 2022 when it took another little dip in personal department, but have come back with a well running overall crew, keep up the great work. More

This was the first time I even considered purchasing a Lexus. Rick was wonderful from the first moment I met him and he took the time to answer all of my many questions over several weeks. I was decidin Lexus. Rick was wonderful from the first moment I met him and he took the time to answer all of my many questions over several weeks. I was deciding between two different dealerships and Rick never tried to steer me one way or the other, which I really appreciated . What he did do was make himself available every time I just popped in to look at the vehicles. When I did decide on what I wanted, he went above and beyond in helping me pick the colour by lining them all up together so that I could make my decision. I have purchased several vehicles in my 65 years but no dealership that I had gone to before made sure once I purchased the vehicle that I understood all the many functions and how they worked. I was also made aware that if I had any other questions, they are only a phone call away. The service department and the young man that went over the vehicle and taught me its features just made the whole experience wonderful. I look forward to our continued dealings. I am just loving my Lexus UX 300 H, It’s exactly what I was looking for and it is incredibly comfortable and fun to drive. More

Excellent follow up to my emails and phone messages. When the sale was complete, the finishing touch was red roses with a beautiful handwritten note and a warm hug. More
