The sales department is top notch 10 out of 10. Chad Korchinski and Matt Fischer are great people to deal with. I never once felt uncomfortable dealing with these gentleman and they go out of their way Korchinski and Matt Fischer are great people to deal with. I never once felt uncomfortable dealing with these gentleman and they go out of their way to make sure you are satisfied as a costumer. The entire sales staff makes you feel like you are at home. The service department needs a little bit more of the sales department feel. I don’t feel as welcome when I deal with the service department 6 out of 10. It seems a little more cutthroat in the service area. I feel like they need to pay more attention to to satisfying costumers and making sure they are taken care of. I had to pull teeth to finally get a good response from the service manager who eventually took really good care of me. Customer service is huge for me! I want to feel comfortable and welcome and not just another number on the wall. It also doesn’t hurt to throw in a random complimentary wash or quick detail once a year or when paying for mid range cost service. Small little touches go a long long way to keep a customer happy. More

Terrible Sales, the dealership and rob were horrible. I dealt with them on buying my used truck. To get anything repaired that i noticed while making the deal was horrible. Started out friendly, deteriorated when problems arose I went in to look for a small pre-owned vehicle that would be fuel efficient, reliable, affordable and as new as possible. At first everyone was frien I went in to look for a small pre-owned vehicle that would be fuel efficient, reliable, affordable and as new as possible. At first everyone was friendly and helpful, but when I noticed there was pre-existing damage to the vehicle I had purchased the staff stopped returning my calls. I contacted the Better Business Bureau and then received a call. The dealership has agreed to pay half the cost of the repair. I am quite disappointed that as soon as the papers were signed there was no interest in ensuring any customer satisfaction unless there was a threat that other people might find out. I believe they should have paid the full cost of the repair. I was also told that I would receive 4 free oil changes. When I went to use this service I was informed that the oil changes expire once you hit a certain amount of km. So I will not even be able to use more than 2. This was my first time buying from a dealership and I walked away from the experience feeling unappreciated, frustrated and used. I was even told by a member of the staff that because I had not bought an expensive car from them that I was being unreasonable to expect them to repair the damage! That was right before they stopped returning my calls. I will not buy from them again. More
