I purchased a used 2011 Escalade for my wife a month ago and it was a great experience. I have been telling all my friends about the advantages of buying an Optimum pre-owned vehicle and the money I saved. and it was a great experience. I traded in my 2009 Avalanche and for the first time ever, I was impressed with offer I received for my trade. The used car team was great to deal with and even let me take my vehicle for an overnight test drive. Once we did, my wife wouldn't let me come home without the vehicle. It was a great experience. I purchased a new 2011 Sierra and the experience was excellent. The finance person, Tony, was a pleasure to deal with and not "pushy, but explained the advantages of financing.
