We are retired and every buck has to work for us very hard with a fixed income. Also, we are getting too old to do maintenance or our cars. Budds' sales staff were very helpful and accommodating. No pressure applied and they listened very carefully to our perceived needs and concerns. We ended up with a VERY good value, options that we really needed and a service program that takes care of our worries as a car owner in our retirement. This is a second car we have bought from Budds. The first one is 13 years old and still running fine but arthritis is now getting in the way of good maintenance. Budds' is a quality dealership and we would highly recommend to anyone. Try them, you will enjoy the experience. More

Most dealers would do anything to get out of doing a del We picked up our brand new Cadillac from Bob (Robert) Raike this past Saturday. Yes Saturday! Most dealers would do anything to get out of doing a delivery on Saturday since that's their "SALE" day! The managers all were just as professional in their dealing with us. nothing was shady or hidden. Bob (Salesperson), Craig (Sales Mgr) and Rob (Finance), all were straight up and clear about the process. I had been exchanging emails with Bob for over a week but since we were about 80KM away from them I couldn't go in to see him. He was very patient and did not seem pushy to the point where one would feel uncomfortable. He even sent me a written quote in PDF via email which is usually a BIG NO! followed by "I will give you the best deal when you come in to the dealership". Eventually we ended up stopping at the dealership on Aug 29th only to look at the ATS as we were on our way to Niagara Falls for a day trip. The minutes soon became hours and although I usually am thorough and knit pick on minor things I couldn't see anything out of line with Bob. He was very thorough with everything about what programs I'm eligible for and in the process he dug deep enough where he found an error on GM Canada's policy as well which is getting fixed on the upcoming update! Very personable person. Having worked in sales myself for over 10yrs I appreciate a sales person who is eager to get the sale and applies the right amount of pressure. Not too much pressure and I wouldnt have left a deposit, way too much pressure and I wouldn have walked off. We made an offer to purchase that same day and to our delight the manager Craig really worked hard to find us a vehicle 100% identical to what we wanted. The Finance Manager was also a dream to work with. Very professional in his dealing and had the right knowledge about his products with pros and cons. Made good recommendations tailored to our unique driving pattern. On the day we picked up the vehicle we couldn't figure out how to use the optional CD player which was an OEM add-on accessory. Craig, the Sales Manager, took upon it himself to find out from the service dept and show us how to operate it. The fact that he didn't just pass us on to the Service Dept and actually spent that time to help us out and that too on his busiest day, Saturday, is worth noting. Overall Mr. Budd has a good team working for him here. I have personal experience in the automotive industry and have met many kinds of people. The folks at Budds Chev are definitely top drawers! The only thing that impressed me more was their selection of top performance vehicles in stock. 1 Corvette C7 Z06, 3 C7 Z51's and a Camaro Z28! I'm definitely buying from them again. And the new Cadillacs are a dream to drive! Thanks Bob, Craig and Rob! More

Showed up at the dealership and Ernest Shanly just brought the keys right away for a test drive, no questions asked. Showed me the various features of the car which he was very knowledgeable about. They gave me a very fair trade in assessment on the first draft of the contract. And when I asked for further concession, without any questions or showmanship it was given to me. Rob Powell in financing made me feel very comfortable with the whole buying process and explained everything without leaving anything out. All in all the absolute best, worry free and pleasant dealership experience I have ever had. More

It was a no-brainer that I will go back when changing to the 2015 model. Basil kept in touch asking how the I was enjoying the car and followed up on any question I had then...Of course with the 2015 model, I have a million tech questions and he is never too busy not to respond. Rob encouraged me to wait for the one I actually wanted, which proved to be a great advise as I was getting impatient-thanks Rob! You guys are great and fun...you made spending money a comfortable experience:) More

I've seen some people having problems about sales person accompanying the test drive but I'd say it was good to have Bill accompanying me because he knows the way around and when I had any questions he could answer them right away. I would say the price is still a bit on the high side, but I was willing to pay that premium for the CPO service. Overall it was a good buying experience and I recommend this dealership. More
