They were patient, took the time to explain everything and at no time did I feel pressured or uncomfortable, which is the typical feeling I usually get when buying a car. I just received the car yesterday, and so far I am extremely pleased with the overall vehicle. Kudos to Chris. He is exceptional and left me with the feeling that I can call him any time, no matter how small the question or concern. More

The car was ready as promised and detailed inside and out. The only issue I had was that the oil was not changed in the car. The oil life monitor read 26%. I thought all used cars got automatic oil changes? I will recommend Budds to my friends and family even though I work for another GM dealer in the GTA. More

Second car in two weeks! We just purchased our second car in two weeks! We recently purchased a new Equinox for our family and are loving it! Our daughter needed a new car s We just purchased our second car in two weeks! We recently purchased a new Equinox for our family and are loving it! Our daughter needed a new car so we came back to see Basil a second time, and bought her a new Cruze. The service at this dealership is second to none...we are looking forward to a long relationship that we can trust to keep our new cars in great shape for us. Our experience with buying both cars was excellent, Basil took the time to make sure our daughter got the car she wanted and would be comfortable with. For us as parents it was comforting to know she was in good hands and someone valued her needs and took the time to help her out. She is absolutely thrilled with her new car and loving driving it!
