I've seen some people having problems about sales person accompanying the test drive but I'd say it was good to have Bill accompanying me because he knows the way around and when I had any questions he could answer them right away. I would say the price is still a bit on the high side, but I was willing to pay that premium for the CPO service. Overall it was a good buying experience and I recommend this dealership. More

Similar to my first experience there, Larry provided outstanding customer service while assisting with both my purchasing questions and decision, and the subsequent negotiations. He is a very friendly and helpful person, one who treats customers with respect and minimal pressure. As for the dealership itself, everyone I have met there have been very nice and helpful. This would include the service dept personnel as well, as all of my dealings with them have also been positive. I am very pleased with Budd's Chevrolet, and would not hesiate to recommend them to anyone conisdering a new vehicle purchase. Dave M More

Above and beyond!!!! We found the vehicle that we wanted on line. Living in the Ottawa area traveling to the dealership to "have a look" was not an option for us. Beverl We found the vehicle that we wanted on line. Living in the Ottawa area traveling to the dealership to "have a look" was not an option for us. Beverly Watt went above and beyond to answer our questions, send us information and even photos of the vehicle. Beverly and Rob Powell drew up all the paper work over the phone with us, arranged for our pick up at the train station and we were in and out and back on the road within an hour. The truck is exactly what we wanted, the paper work was ready and easy to sign and follow. We are truly impressed with everyone we dealt with. We'll be back.......... Thanks again! More

A very sastisfied customer! I walked into the dealership on Dec 30th needing to drive away with my new vehicle on the 31st and had to be back at work in 2 hours. Although it sounds like a dealership's dream customer (Quick sale!) it also came with a lot of stress as there were license plates, car insurance, and lease financing steps that had to be completed before I could get the car and they all involved 3rd parties. I was very impressed with Rob Powell taking care of my needs as he stayed at work a few hours longer than planned before starting his New Year's holiday break to ensure that everything was lined up and I'd be able to pickup my vehicle on New Year's Eve before the dealership closed for the holidays. In addition, Henry and Basil were as polite and courteous as anyone could hope for in helping me quickly find and drive away in the vehicle I needed asap! More
