Great knowledge of what we were test driving and did not try to sell us something we were not interested in. After the deal was made Paul was a breath of fresh air doing the money transaction. He presented the options but did not give a pressure sale on the extras. Overall we are very happy with our experience and would recommend you talk to Alisha Chappell for your vehicle needs. After a bit of confusion in regard to who was going to help me I met Thomas. Thomas was friendly, professional & very helpful. After identifying what I was looking for, he brought out my new truck.. I loved it ! It was exactly what I wanted. The numbers made sense and we went ahead with the purchase. I met Paul Golamco in finance who immediately put me at ease with his friendly,outgoing & disarming demeanor. He made it very easy for me to purchase this vehicle, as well as providing me with the additional service items that will make ownership better for me. All was approved within an hour or so and pick up was scheduled. I must say, I felt like a kid again picking up my new truck the next day, and am very excited getting to know all about its operation.
