Unkn A week ago my fiancée and I walked into this location not having any idea what we were looking for, how much we could finance, or where to start. Unknown to us that once we walked thru those doors we were immediately taken care of. Mike Murphy was the first sales person to approach us, with a friendly helpful handshake, we started talking and he guided us in the right direction from the first moment. While going thru the credit check process, Mike brought in Brett, who fully explained our credit score, and what price range we could finance a vehicle at. Rather then just telling us what we could get, they explained why and how which was very helpful, they showed they genuinely cared. The process progressed quickly, with the help of those fellas we then found a truck we wanted and that's when we met Paul. Paul was just as great as the last two guys, helpful, courteous, and caring. He quickly had us approved and before we knew it we were signing our names on the dotted line. We could have had our truck the same day, but we were pleased to leave it behind because Mike made sure it was detailed and completely checked over before it left the lot. If we could give these guys a 10 star rating we most definitely would. Everyone we dealt with went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our experience. Even the staff helping other customers took a second to look up and smile. It's very rare you find customer service like that these days, and all of you should be proud that you work in an environment with such great people. It's surely doesn't go unnoticed. With all this being said I will never shop elsewhere for a vehicle. The process was completely flawless and wonderful . There was no pressure, the vibe was positive and we laughed the whole time. At times we forgot we were even there purchasing a vehicle at all. Thank you all again, Mike, Brett, and Paul, you guys are awesome! More
