After a bit of confusion in regard to who was going to help me I met Thomas. Thomas was friendly, professional & very helpful. After identifying what I was looking for, he brought out my new truck.. I loved it ! It was exactly what I wanted. The numbers made sense and we went ahead with the purchase. I met Paul Golamco in finance who immediately put me at ease with his friendly,outgoing & disarming demeanor. He made it very easy for me to purchase this vehicle, as well as providing me with the additional service items that will make ownership better for me. All was approved within an hour or so and pick up was scheduled. I must say, I felt like a kid again picking up my new truck the next day, and am very excited getting to know all about its operation. I had a bad experience with the previous dealership in Grande Prairie, which was the only one that had my brand of vehicle, so I went shopping and ended up at Grande Prairie Chrysler. They treated me exceptionally well, so I leased my first Chrysler/Dodge vehicle from them and have returned every 4-5 years to purchase/lease another one. To date I have owned a Neon, Intrepid, Sebring, Jeep Liberty and Dodge Ram, recently returning to downsize to a Jeep Patriot. My experience this time was amazing, beginning with the salesman,Thomas Reber who was extremely helpful, accommodating and got me everything I wanted to complete this sale. The financial end of things went smoothly and wrapping up with the dealership tour, the Service Manager added to the experience by offering me a gift for being such a dedicated customer!
