Hello cl_murphy, I apologize for the experience you had at our dealership. I had a conversation with our Service Manager on how we handle appointments. The work in our shop is allocated from a computer system and the order is determined by promised time. When the system saw your service was an hour worth of work, it brought your vehicle in to have it ready half hour before promised time. I understand none of this matters to you and we are looking into making changes to our appointment system so this doesn't occur in the future.
