I had a very frustrating experience with Wheaton honda dealership’s service department regarding my car’s AC issue. They charged me over $200 plus tax just for a diagnostic and then gave me a huge repair estimate arround $1730. At the time, I could not afford the expensive repairs they recommended. Later, when I finally had money saved to fix the AC, it was difficult to even get an appointment because they were booked too far out. I decided to visit xx Alberta GO honda dealership instead. I brought the diagnostic report from the wheaton honda dealership and asked if they could use it so I wouldn’t have to pay another diagnostic fee. They explained they needed to perform their own inspection, which I understood, although it was frustrating to pay again. After their diagnosis, I found out the wheaton honda dealership’s recommendations were completely misleading. The actual AC problem was covered under warranty, and the GO honda dealership fixed everything at no cost to me. Looking back, I feel that wheaton honda dealership was dishonest and tried to charge me for repairs that were not needed. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before approving expensive repair work here. like wheaton honda if GO honda want they can charge me same amount which i shown them on diagnose report given by wheaton honda . but they are honest they value their customer. wheaton honda is fraud no.1 in edmonton , donot go their. when i talk to their service manager Mark he said that we are not begging to you to come to us. how they treat their customer. More

Has a 1 PM appointment only to watch the car parked outside for 3 hours. Free oil change is a complete ripoff I purchased 2017 Honda Pilot with free oil change for life. But they never tell you that you are obligated to purchase all the extra inspections ever I purchased 2017 Honda Pilot with free oil change for life. But they never tell you that you are obligated to purchase all the extra inspections every time you go for an oil change. You cant refuse or you lose your free life change. Free oil change costs $85 but the mandatory services can run up $350. This is a ripoff. I purchased Mazda CX5 with free oil change for life but never been forced to purchase extra inspections. They offer to do more but its My choice if I want to do it or not. When we purchased the vehicle, free oil change was suppose to be a purchase incentive not a way for Wheaton Honda to Wiesel their way to make more money. This is ridiculous. Never buy a vehicle from Wheaton Honda. Its all about filling their pockets. They don’t care about if consmer can afford it or not. More

Didnt fix anything! Sat there all day! Today I had taken a day off work and brought my vehicle in to replace the lower engine cover assembly again. They had called me (Dec 7) saying my car Today I had taken a day off work and brought my vehicle in to replace the lower engine cover assembly again. They had called me (Dec 7) saying my car was ready. I had patently waited all day for my vehicle to be serviced and had made my own ride arrangements for the day to get home because I live in the area. I went in with my friend after he was done work to get my vehicle. He had paid for the parts and services. When we got out we went to double check it and took a look underneath, nothing had changed! We came in the next day "Today" because we picked the car up right before it had closed and couldnt talk to a manager as they had left for the day. Today (Dec 8th) we came in to complain. They brought my car into quick lube and stood there looking at the hole in the bottom of my vehicle. Aaron Fung who had taken my keys originally informed me that they mostly likely switched keys and put it onto someone elses vehicle. So my car sat there for an entire day and someone else had gotten my parts for free and most likely didnt get their own issues fixed and paid for wrong service. I dont understand how you mixed up the keys but still managed to give me the proper paper work and return my keys. This was my first time visiting here for service, oh no wait sorry 3rd time because everytime I came in I need to book another appointment for the same problem and they keep pushing it back. I was told it would only takes a few hours. My friend reccomended that I shouldnt drive around to much as it could cause more damage from ice weighing down the undercover assembly and getting caught underneath my vehicle again. I would not want to pay for more parts, waste any more time! Instead of getting it fixed in 1 day I now have to wait even longer because they have to order the parts once again. They recommended me to come back on tuesday to get the car fixed, hopefully. But that would mean taking time off work again or waiting for my next available date. I need to be able to drive my vehicle without worry. More
