Due to the excellent layout of Charlesglen's website, we had to visit the dealership located in NW during our first week in Calgary. I met Harris Kok. He is an excellent sales guy and a wonderful person. He is so knowledgeable when it comes to cars that my wife and I decided that we had to buy all our cars from this guy. He was very warm to us and he helped us make a good choice. The staff are friendly at Charlesglen Toyota. My kids loved the kids area furnished with kid's movies, toys and playstation. They loved to visit the dealership where they can spend hours with no complaint. A miracle! They have a small restaurant/shop for customers within the building. This is an excellent place to visit. Kerri Hope did very well to find us a good finance despite the constraints bc of our work permit. She got us a good car finance and she went through all the extras with us. She also registered the car and got our number plate for us all for nothing. This took a whole lot of stress off our shoulders as we were barely few days in town. Mark Peters rounded up the experience by going through every bit of the car with us. He fixed the number plate, certified the car proof for us, fixed our remote starter and also gave us a full tank before delivery. He also took out time to show us where we can get a portable A/C as the weather was very hot. Fantastic Service! I would always recommend the 3 year comprehensive Toyota warranty for $1.7k, it comes with road-side assist and so many other extras. It is very clear to me and my wife that the staff at Charlesglen Toyota are very happy with their work and their work place, this is very admirable! The only place we experienced a similar customer service experience was in Walt Disney in Florida. Charlesglen Toyota is must-visit dealership! I will definitely buy my next car here. More
