Good staff, however over priced, I brought in my own parts and fluids to have installed and put into my vehicle, CV axel and transmission fluid and they charged me 1200$ to do a transmission drain and t parts and fluids to have installed and put into my vehicle, CV axel and transmission fluid and they charged me 1200$ to do a transmission drain and top up and to install a CV axel. A 2-3 hour job max costed me a weeks worth of wages not including my own costs to buy my own parts. Very displeased at the way the dealership conducted business. The staff were good and understanding however could do nothing for me about the price gouge. More

I have been taking my 2002 GMS Denali here for service since day one. I have always been treated well and although my vehicle is getting harder to work on the staff continues to do there very best to keep since day one. I have always been treated well and although my vehicle is getting harder to work on the staff continues to do there very best to keep my truck on the road!! I will KEEP on taking my truck there! Always easy to book appointments and communication through text message is so efficient! They really take customer relations seriously and go out of their way to make you feel a part of their team - t through text message is so efficient! They really take customer relations seriously and go out of their way to make you feel a part of their team - their hospitality has always been nothing but stellar!!! It is the reason I go out of my way to have them service my vehicle. I have a toddler and they always take the time to greet him and interact with him (it appears genuine which I appreciate). Jennifer is always quick to greet you when you arrive in the service bay even if you are there to see a different advisor and she is very prompt with her communications. Easy to deal with and is thorough when going through paperwork. Really appreciate the extra care she takes to make the service experience less stressful. Thank you! Usually an Uber is set up for shuttle service but this time I was driven home and picked up by one of the dealership's shuttle drivers...really appreciate the welcoming demeanour and the friendly conversation. Again, a welcomed surprise when I didn't even have to wait for the ride. Overall this dealership goes above and beyond to make the customer feel important and looked after. More
