I had a terrible experience with Charlsglen Toyota. We signed a deal agreeing to basic model of RAV 4 XLE Hybrid back in Oct 2024 for 45 K$ and they cll and booked an appointment that the car is ready We signed a deal agreeing to basic model of RAV 4 XLE Hybrid back in Oct 2024 for 45 K$ and they cll and booked an appointment that the car is ready to pick up with price adjust to 2025 for 46K$. , but they completely disrespected our agreement. After everything was finalized, Alex the financial Manager demanded an extra $3,000 to "hold" the deal, with a vague promise to return it in 6 months if I didn’t sell my car. This was never part of our original agreement, and it felt like a shady bait-and-switch tactic. A signed deal should be honored—not manipulated for extra profit. The lack of integrity and respect for customers is appalling. I would not recommend Charlsglen Toyota and specially " Loren Shire" a dishonest sales person to anyone. If they’re willing to go back on their word after a deal is signed, you can’t trust them to treat you fairly. Save yourself the hassle and take your business elsewhere. More
