I just picked up my Brand new 2021 Tundra truck today and it is defected - Driver side door is not fitted properly has to bang it to close, from the inside it does not open smoothly the knob seems to be push it is defected - Driver side door is not fitted properly has to bang it to close, from the inside it does not open smoothly the knob seems to be pushed hard with a banging sound to open- My mechanic confirmed this is a mal-fitted door that could only mean it was improperly repaired (may be an accident I was not informed about) - When I took it back to Charlesglen they directed me to body shop (After owning the truck for only 3 hours!) at the bodyshop they tried to fix it but car is still the same with an obvious problem in the door. Dear Charlesglen Toyota, how could you sell a brand new defected truck? is there no quality control what so ever? No one had noticed the defected door from Manufacture in Texas all the way to your dealership in Calgary!? Are you seriously supposed to be allowing this? More

Awesome Dealership! I consider myself very lucky to have been partnered with salesman Lorne Shire (although I'm sure all the sales staff are amazing). Never did I feel any pressure from Lorne, in fact he encouraged me to check out and do another test drive of another make of vehicle that I was considering. He was very patient with me as I struggled with what color vehicle I thought I wanted - he took me downstairs to see the RAV4 in the colors I was thinking of, then outside to see them in natural lighting (which make a big difference) and back downstairs again until I was sure of my choice. Phil in financing was thorough and efficient. And then there's Jim! Jim was the guy who took me downstairs and presented me with my shiny new RAV4 XLE and showed me how all the features work, programmed my phone for Bluetooth, put my licence plate on, etc, etc. Jim was so much fun with his cheesy jokes, it was a pleasure to spend time with him. I was even told that I will be invited back for a 1 hour "Get to know your RAV4" session with a mechanic. How many dealerships do that?? From start to finish, Charlesglen Toyota looks after you! More

I started bringing my car to this dealership for service and I inquired with Louise Steinke if I could meet wit Charlesglen is an amazing dealership. I started bringing my car to this dealership for service and I inquired with Louise Steinke if I could meet with someone regarding purchasing a new vehicle. She advised me that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Is so nice that they look out for your interests and don't try to sell you something you can't afford or try to sell you a better model. They actually care about what you are looking for and work with you to figure out the best way to get you what you want. I asked many questions regarding tires, different add ons, colors, extended warranty & the works, and they knew what was best for me. I dealt with Lorne Shire and he was so awesome. I find that any salesmen that I have dealt with in the past have been pushy, try to upsell, etc but not Lorne. He probed and asked questions as well on what I wanted. When I went in a few days later to sign the paperwork, Louise remembered my name, which was amazing. When it was time to sign the paperwork, I met with Alex Keong, who was so positive and very helpful. There was no pressure whatsoever as they inquire as to whether or not you are interested in obtaining extended warranty, insurance, and the other things that you may want to purchase at this point. Very happy with the service I have received with them. Keep up the great work all staff at Charlesglen!! More
