After an accident this year, I went back to Ken who helped me through the process of finding a new car in a short time frame, and again in my price point. The bonus was getting a new car with perks that weren't available on my first model! I love the Toyota Yaris, and Ken made me feel at ease and comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation. Nicole was the Financial Manager assigned to my new car purchase this time and she was so kind and helpful with the process. It was a very stressful time dealing with ending the old lease, and starting the new one, and she kept me very level and calm while taking care of every detail with me, and with Toyota Financial. I didn't think I would be leasing a new car after only a year and a half, but working with Ken both times, in two very different circumstances, was wonderful. Nicole also went above and beyond. I will hopefully not be purchasing a new car so soon again, but if you are looking definitely ask for Ken Yates as your sales person. Thank you! More

great experience purchasing my used vehicle . I purchased my used Rav4 from Totoyatown coming from Guelph because of the competitive pricing and reputation. I was met with a non-pushy and helpfu . I purchased my used Rav4 from Totoyatown coming from Guelph because of the competitive pricing and reputation. I was met with a non-pushy and helpful sales person that let us guide our experience. The used car I purchased was in almost perfect condition with a small scuff that they offered to buff out. Upon picking up my car the scuff was gone, but I noticed that there were some significant scratches on the windshield in the sightline on the driver side that was not noticed during our 40 minute test drive - we suspect that this happened accidently after our deal had been made. Toyotatown took this very seriously and replaced my windshield for not cost. I was happy with the prompt resolution to the problem. I would highly recommend working with Toyotatown if you're in the market for a used Toyota. Ken Yates was my sales associate and he is the complete opposite of a pushy sales person. He took the time to go over the car and answer questions, but in the end left us to test drive and go over the car on our own without pressure. More
