Toyotatown gave me solid value for my trade in to get the overall deal done...appreciate that! On the other hand, Rita in finance was too pushy. She tried to sell me warranties and car protection I did not want and was too persistent even after I stated I did not want it...got a bad vibe. She even stated, "its only $20 per month more" when talking about Toyotatown's finance rate vs. my bank. $20 per month more over 60 months is $1200 in my pocket....an easy obvious choice. It seemed like she did not get the obvious-ness on this fact. Overall, a very good experience ay ToyotaTown. More
