I ran into a bit of an urgent situation with my 14-day new Kia Seltos on a Friday evening. I had driven through a construction zone and picked up a nail in my tire. She not only confirmed the details of the warranty, but connected me with Ashley, who arranged pick up, repair and drop off of the tire to my home within 48 hours.
