I drove from Ottawa to Carleton place as the dealers in town are quite predatory. I was greeted quickly at Turpin Kia when we arrived, and we already knew that we were shopping for a 2026 Sportage. Within town are quite predatory. I was greeted quickly at Turpin Kia when we arrived, and we already knew that we were shopping for a 2026 Sportage. Within 20 minutes of being there, I was in one test driving without supervision. We initially dealt with Andrea, who is incredibly friendly. At no point was anyone at Turpin Kia pushy nor did they try and sell us any dealer specific packages or upgrades. The entire process was very seamless and enjoyable from my perspective. Andre walked us through the financing clearly and presented us with numerous options to fit within our budget. Finally, on pick up day we dealt with Justin to finalize the financing as well as the pick up specialist Vicki. Both were very friendly and again not pushy at all. I can't recommend Turpin Kia enough, they offered a competitive price, had every package level of Kia in stock or were able to quickly get one. The service was so good that I will be bringing my vehicle back for all of its maintenance as well. More

I had gone to 4 other dealerships to find and drive the car of my dreams in the colour of my choice. When I got to the shop, Andrea was ready for me with the vehicle I wanted and within the same day I had car of my dreams in the colour of my choice.
