I had a great experience with sales person Danny Deng. As a woman it can be discouraging buying a car but Danny made it fun. He came along for the test drive and was informative of the car, pointing out all the driving features. He was patient and gave me time to myself on the lot to think about purchasing the car. Danny never made me feel pressured or rushed which was a relief as I did shop around before going to straightline Kia and other dealerships seemed pushy and all about the sale. I would also like to mention Justin who I was communicating with before coming in. He was happy to answer any questions I had and very polite. And Darren made the paperwork easy to understand and was also polite. I will be recommending straighline kia to anyone looking to buy new or used car. I love my Kia Forte! More
