From the start, Jesse was an absolute pleasure to work with. He’s genuine, authentic, funny, and just all-around real. Talking to him felt like hanging out with a good friend who truly has your best interests at heart. There was no pressure, no awkward sales tactics – just honest guidance, lots of laughs, and a smooth, easy process from start to finish. Jesse is the kind of person who makes you feel seen and heard, and that made such a difference. Once we found the perfect vehicle, Cesar took over to guide us through the finance process. He was honest, EXTREMELY patient, and explained every detail without ever making us feel rushed or overwhelmed. He took the time to answer all of our questions (and there were a lot!) and made sure we left the dealership feeling confident and supported. As we were trading in our first-ever Kia that we loved so much, the running joke with Cesar became that I wanted to have the same "sparkle" in my eyes with the new car that we were buying from them as we had when we bought our old one. And he definitely made sure the sparkle was there when I left the dealership 😊 All in all, these two made the whole experience feel personal and even fun – something I never thought I’d say about buying a car.
