I had the privilege of meeting Jesse Marshall through an introduction from Kia's service department (Thank you Amy!!). My partner and I had been considering moving to an EV but were not ready to make the f introduction from Kia's service department (Thank you Amy!!). My partner and I had been considering moving to an EV but were not ready to make the financial jump into this cost saving reality. Jesse was extremely patient in listening & answering all of our questions and constraints. His approach was very personable and we never felt like we needed to make a decision we were not ready to make. He allowed us time to consider our options and provided guidance to make our options more clear. He consistently added value to our buying experience which made our purchase a positive one. What I valued the most from the entire new car buying process with Jesse is that my partner has not had any buyers remorse from the decision we made. This is, in large part, to Jesse's authentic approach & dedication to his profession. If you want a positive car buying experience, Jesse is the person you need to speak with! More

The experience was good, Jesse was Stright forward and transparent with the condition, issues and services needed with the used KIA SORENTO I was looking at. He was great to work with on the details and d transparent with the condition, issues and services needed with the used KIA SORENTO I was looking at. He was great to work with on the details and deal of this vehicle, I did a lot of research myself but his communication back and forth with me was great. Jesse himself, the sales department and the service department really came through in the end and impressed me above and beyond expectations. I would recommend anyone to deal with Jesse and Cesar at Strightline Kia to help them out with a purchase of a new or used vehicle. More
