We’re not located in London ourselves and we travelled out of Country during our exchanges so, she had a challenge in keeping us up to date with what was on the lot and worth our travel time. Through no fault of hers, London location didn’t have the colour or/and package for the vehicle we were shopping for. When Jillian wrote to us most recently to say that more options had finally arrived, we had already found our new vehicle in another dealership. She congratulated us and thanked us for our interest and invited us to contact her for a future trade in. She’s friendly, not pushy, thorough and considerate. More
